Tote Bin Liners

Single Layer Poly:

Tote Bin Liners are used to line the inside of containers or boxes providing a sanitary and convenient way of handling a variety of goods including: food, wastes, etc… Flexpak is able to create a Tote Bin Liner without the common gusset flap found in many Liners. One advantage of such a poly liner is the ability for its contents to be transferred out without becoming stuck or getting caught in the gussets. The tote bin poly liner is square in its corners allowing easy flow of goods in and out. The seal to the poly liner is done by heat with a seal width of over ¼ inch. This heat seal gives the poly liner maximum strength and durability.

Multi Layer Poly:

Flexpak is now capable of creating multilayer tote bin poly liners! This poly liner provides a triple layer of low density polyethylene or polypropylene giving it the ability to prevent: tears, rips, punctures, etc. These tote bin poly liners are currently used for chemical and biological waste disposal and transfer. The thickness and number of layers of poly can be changed and modified to particular standards or requirements needed.
